About Us

Nestled in the Hills of beautiful Southwest Wisconsin, our rural Richland Center Apple Orchard has been a family tradition for over five generations. Oakwood Fruit Farm is family owned and operated and the Louis & Alvin families at the rural Richland Center Wisconsin Fruit Farm wishes to welcome you to another fall season with the hope we may continue to serve you and your family.

We hope you will come to our rural Richland Center Fruit Farm to see our 180 acres of orchards apple trees and vineyards. We think some of our newest blocks of trees are the most interesting, and would challenge you to stop in to our rural Richland Center Fresh Fruit Farm and find out for yourself! Also, stop in and check out our Apple Retail Shop for fresh fruit, gift baskets and other gift ideas.

Our apple crop for the 2021 season is exceptional this year. Thankfully we haven't endured any storms so the quality of our apple crop is excellent. We look forward to seeing our friends and customers back for another fall apple season.

It was very busy as usual but the people directing parking are always great and all the staff is super friendly and helpful . So many good things to try and eat besides apples and my cherry turnover was still warm from the oven. With the leaves changing colors it's also a beautiful dive there.

Being from Northern Illinois, my apple orchard staple was Edward's. My husband wanted to check out Oakwood Fruit Farm, and I am SO glad we did! The store was fantastic! Popcorn, homemade jams, candies, cider, apples, donuts, and so much more! The prices were very fair. And I loved the slushie station. I made myself a donut cider and that is a no truly wonderful creation! The gent working at the slushie station was very helpful and our cashier was a delight. She said the donut slushie was her kryptonite. Now I can relate. Everyone from the parking attendants to the folks in the store to an employee on break were so friendly! For the record, Oakwood's donuts are on par with the donuts I grew up devouring. And if you add a slushie it's just that much better! Oakwood Fruit Farm is worth the trip! We will definitely be back! 🍎🍏🍩
